FPA has secured rooms at The Westin Boston Waterfront and Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel. The Westin is connected to the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) via a skybridge and the Renaissance is located just a few short blocks from the BCEC. Please contact each hotel directly to make your reservation. If calling, please mention that you are attending the FPA Annual Conference.
Please be aware: we have received reports of companies posing as official travel vendors offering lodging. They are NOT endorsed or affiliated with the conference. To book your lodging, please contact one of our host hotels directly. Please do not become a victim of these companies’ scams. If you do choose to book with a vendor not endorsed by FPA, we strongly encourage you to verify their credentials before doing business with them, and then independently confirm that your reservations have in fact been made.

The Boston Convention and Exhibition Center is only two miles from Logan International Airport, and minutes from downtown rail and highway options. Enjoy easy access to diverse dining, shopping and landmark attractions such as the Institute of Contemporary Art and Boston’s historic Fort Point Channel.
Parking at the Convention Center
BCEC operates on-site vehicle parking. To self-park in the BCEC South Lot, from Summer Street, turn onto East Side Drive, drive past the valet area, and continue straight along the side of the building. At the end of the building, make a right and go down the ramp. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left and you will see the entrance to the South Parking lot in front of you. Parking rates are $15 for regular sized vehicles and $30 for oversized vehicles.
Shuttle
Shuttle services are available through GO Boston Shuttle and SuperShuttle. GO Boston Shuttle pricing starts at $11 per person round-trip and can be booked online. SuperShuttle rates begin are $16 one way per person or $30 round trip and can be booked by calling 800.258.3826 and referencing discount code T3B7U or booked online.
Subway
The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) connects Logan Airport to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. Exit at the South Station stop, and go up one flight of stairs. Take the MBTA Silver line SL1 or SL2 to the World Trade Center stop. Take the elevator up to Level 2 and turn left onto World Trade Center Ave, the BCEC will be directly in front of you. Fare from the airport to the World Trade Center station is $2.10 each way (Seniors 65+: $0.80). Learn more about MBTA.
Taxi
Taxi are available for hire to take you to your hotel, local restaurants or to tour the area. Service from the airport to downtown Boston range from $30-$40 from the airport to downtown hotels and BCEC depending on traffic.
